Night Sight replacement vials

I have a pistol long out of production (Kimber SIS Ultra) that came with one of a kind night sights. I am trying to find someone that will replace the vials in these sights. The sights were made by Meprolight, and they don't do replacements. Thanks in advance for any help.

Amazon has several different sizes. You may get lucky.

I didn't realize you can change them out, is it a bad job?

With the google search I used I found some YouTube videos that the titles indicated some are related. Didn't watch any so I'll leave that to the interested reader.

I would simply get a new rear sight & do the swap myself. Minimum down time for the pistol & best value. No telling how old vials are while sights are dated so you know the expected life span. I’m sure there’s a lot of options available-I recently installed new Novak sights in an older Kimber Raptor that had gone dark, it’s not difficult.

I wish it were as easy as replacing the sights. The sights on this gun are one of a kind and nothing else will work and so far I have not found any place that will custom make sights. On this particular model, the rear sight dovetail is cut as far back on the slide as possible. All sights currently sold at too long and will extend past the back of the slide.
