I'm having a hard time finding a holster for my new PSP. Seems most manufacturers make holsters for the P7M8/13, but not the PSPs. Can I get away with using a P7M8 holster?
HELP!!! p.s. - I'm interested in both leather and kydex. |

In terms of leather, I'd check with Lou Alessi. There are a few other custom leather makers out there who make a similar level of quality but I have only personally dealt with Lou (people absolutely rave about the Milt Sparks operation). He'll tell you fast yes or no. He made the holster in which I carry my M8 and I will go to him when and if I decide to carry my new PSP (congrats by the way!).
Hope this helps a bit. I'd like to hear what you find. ------------------ Best, - Jawper |

Lou Alessi is the man. He is the BEST holster maker there is. You can call Lou directly at 716-691-5615
or this is a Dist for Lou: Alessi Holsters, and Others Dist by www.rfholsters.com Lou also hangs out at www.gunspot.com under the discussion area then holsters. He will be glad to answer any questions you have. You might want to do a search on that site for P7/PSP holsters and see what the experts have to say about his products. I just received my P7/PSP holster from Lou and all I can say is WOW! Here's a link to a P7 forum, you should do a search there and see what people say about Lou. www.parkcitiestactical.com goto forums then P7 forum. Your PSP will work fine in an M8 or M13 holster but not vice versa because of the mag release. We use Mad Dog kydex and Ernie Hill horsehide with complete satisfaction. Denny's Shooters Supply stocks Ernie Hill leather.
