VersaPod and Bell and Carlson A5

I was considering a versapod bipod on the advice of a someone but I am not quite sure the best way to attach it to my Bell and Carlson A5 stock because of the rail/grove that is on the bottom side of the fore end. Any suggestions? Any reasons to just get a harris?
