Flat top scope clearance issues

I just picked up a decent piece of glass for my flat top AR180B. The rifle has the Midwest snap on picatinny rail for attachment which is great however the scope rings are not high enough to clear the rear iron sight. I checked and the existing rings are super high with 1" of clearance. I cannot seem to locate any rings which stand up higher. Does anyone know if higher ones exist on the market or if another option exists for mounting the scope on this rifle?

Can you slide the scope fore/aft enough to clear rear sight?

Sadly when I push it forward the front ring rides off the rail and just my luck when I go the other way the rear ring comes off too. What to do?
