Brass Grip-frame for Ruger Old Army

I know that in the early 70's, you could get a ROA or a SBH with a brass gripframe. How would one be able to aftermarket that now? Does somebody still make those brass units, and would they be adaptable for a current production OA? I'd like to find out.
