Well there are 10 shots on the target. The dia. of the 10 ring is just a little
over 3 inches. This is just a standard 25 yd pistol target. They shoot this in
modern as well as black powder shooting. The gun is a proto-type Lighting
made in Ok about 1990. All hand made by Rod Brakeage. We have two barrels
45 and 32. The one seen here is the 32. The 45 kicks too much for us old farts. This is the wife's gun anyway. She won't let me touch it!!

Very interesting looking pistola; you should have a 36 and 44 barrel built. I shot a 3 shot group at 100 yards this past fall that was 1 1/2" at 100 yards with my CVA Staghorn 50 inline. Not bad for a $100 rifle and a $50 scope.

Yes round ball. Oh the barrel on the .32 is a De Hass if that means anything
to you. She shoots "0" Buck and a .010 pillow ticking patch and 17 grs Goex
FFF for 1000 fps. Oh the twist is 1-14 The 45 barrel is a Green Mt. 1-20
twist we used a .451 ball and 20 grs powder and a .020 pillow ticking patch.
The patch lube is a 5 % water soulble oil mix. Some call this moose milk. She
won the 100 yd match at the Nationals with the 45 back in 1994 I think.
The score was a 78 and the group was about 8-10 inches as I remember. I
was spotting for her and it was rainning and on her 9th shot I told her that
if this shot is a "10" she would win the match and wouldn't even have to shoot the 10th shot. Well the "10" ring is only 3 inches in dia. I was looking
thru the scope when she fired and let me tell you, that ball went right into
that 3 inch "10" ring. 100 yds. WOW!. She did go ahead and shoot the 10th
shot. That old 45 barrel will shoot. She has a bad rotor cup and I have artrights so we had to switch to a .32 about 8 yeard ago. Well enough of
this rambling on

Good shooting.

I believe that the NMLRA uses center-of-bullet-hole scoring instead of the NRA's edge of bullet hole scoring, effectively making all the scoring rings one bullet radius smaller.

Yes, That is correct. Her best has been the 78 at 100 yds, 96 at 50 and the
100 7X at 25. All this was in compention.
