brass I D

I have some Lake city brass head stamp LC 04. It has another mark that looks to be a 0. What does that mark indicated? Thanks

Is it a circle with a cross in it? All of my Lake City '07 and '08 .223 brass has that on it.

Jepp2, yes the mark looks like the one you have pictured, except the head doesn't have the extra dots around it. Just LC 04 and that round mark.
