one-piece mount on Sako 75?
Hi smith Gurus,
I want to put a one piece mount on a sako 75, so I can adjust scope mounting better for eye relief. I am getting a Mcmillan stock with a slightly longer length of pull to suit my baboon-like arms -- but believe this is going to generate eye relief problems with my leupold scope. Question 1: Can a one-piece mount be fitted? Questrion 2: What mount do you recommend? Questrion 3: Can it be done to actually look good, rather than an after-thought? I'm spending a chunk of my hard-earned on this, to get a 280 AI barrel, and a very high quality stock -- and I'm not after Frankenstein's rifle. I really appreciate your advice!! Kind regards, Matt |

Don't you normally have to use the opti-lock Sako type rings with the intregal bases? Do you have that on the gun?
