Recommend a good leather gun belt that doubles as a suitable dress belt?

Is there such a thing as a good leather gun belt that is nice looking enough to wear with a suit or dress pants? Any recommendations? I need a new belt (two actually, one brown, one black).

Thanks!

No need to look any further than www.thebeltman.net.

Yep, your search ends with Post #2

I'm wearing a 1.25" Black Belt Man belt right now with my suit at an offsite. (No gun though...traveling for work). It is a fine dress belt (and a great gun belt, too! )

I have several Lou Alessi gun belts in 1.25" and 1.5" widths, both cordovan and black. I very rarely wear any other belt than one of these. They are the finest belts I have found. The 1.25" gun belts fit and look great with my Hart Schaffner suits on Sundays. Lou's wife and daughter are continuing the Alessi belt and holster business: http://www.alessigunholsters.com/

I've had one of Lou's dress belts (1.25) since the mid '80s. It still looks great and is my #1 suit belt.

The website seems to be a work in progress. Almost nothing shows when you click the link and there is no mention of belts at all.

Most good holster makers also make good gun/dress belts. This is another area where you need good as you can afford.

FIST makes some good belts and I swear by their holsters.

also milt sparks, but some of their holsters have issues with beltman belts. that way I only buy fist or milt sparks holsters and belts.
