14" 590 Shockwave & Streamlight Racker fit?

Hi All, I have the shortest (14") version of the 590 Shockwave # 50659 and the Streamlight TL Racker # 69602

But for some reason the Racker fits a little loose/sloppy and doesn't fully seat on the action slide, and it drags on the bottom of the barrel. In the amazon negative reviews others are reporting the same, cause unknown and Streamlight doesn't know why either.
Has anyone run into this or know why two long production run items don't fit?

Did they put a Racker made for Remington in my Mossberg Racker box?
The Racker's internal action slide diameter is a bit too large and the bars mount block thing on the slide doesn't fully seat into the base of this Racker.

There are lots of pictures of the shorter 14" Shockwaves with Rackers mounted.. so I'm at a loss here.
