Primers
Ok I've been reloading for about 8 months now. And read a lot of info on reloading from experts to daily threads from you guys. And well, here's my question. I've just loaded a crap load of .223 using my Hornady book. It states to use WSR primers well, since our great government thinks we are terrible people and shouldn't have these items, I ran out of WSR, and want to use CCI BR-4 primers is this a big issue or not?

If running a maximum powder charge, you may want to do a new workup. Other wise, not a problem.

Not a issue at all, just more expensive.

Main issue with switching primers is when going from a standard primer, small rifle in your case, to a Magnum primer.
If running near max charge, it's not a bad idea to test a few loads with the different non-magnum primer before you start loading in bulk. If substituting a magnum primer, you should always do a new load work up.
