CGS MOD 9 SK Question

Does anyone here have any experience using the CGS MOD 9 SK silencers? I was curious as to how effective the MOD 9 SK really is regarding its ability to suppress the report. My LGS said that this silencer was very popular among the 9mm crowd however the MOD 9 SK looks awfully puny to me to be effective indoors so I’m a little skeptical. Also, I’m not finding what I want to know on the World Wide Interweb.

I’m looking for an HD solution that is as near to being hearing safe indoors as possible without hanging something ridiculously long off of the barrel of a compact frame 9mm handgun.
