making jacketed .45-70 free (well almost)
Had a lot of requests to do a video swaging your own jacketed bullets with dies on hand and a minimum amount of outlay so if anyone is curious here it is.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WMdI_Z1qqTw hopefully some of you guys will try it out and let me know what you think, results, etc. I tend to shoot mainly cast in my rifle but hey, sometimes you want to shoot jacketed. Just be sure to throughly clean your bore of lead before shooting to minimize brass fouling. I like butch's with a nylon brush. |
