Rossi Grips on a Taurus 85...

An eternity ago, I bought my very first handgun... a Rossi M971 .357 magnum (2 1/2 bbl. and the old unfluted cylinder). I didn't keep it more than a few years, but it got me through college and got me out of 1 scrape. One of the things I really liked were the factory rubber grips. Straight back with finger grooves. Some off the the most comfortable revolver grips I've ever handled, even with full house magnums out of a snubbie.

I know Rossi includes these grips on their .357s and small frame .38s, but what I want to know is if those Rossi grips will fit my old Taurus 85?

Probably not as the RossiĀ® has a square butt and the TaurusĀ® 85 is a round butt.
