18.5-20" barrel for Benelli Supernova
Does Benelli sell their Supernova model with an 18.5 or 20 inch barrel? I am looking to buy my first shotgun and was looking into the Supernova, but the Benelli website only lists barrels as short as 24". Does this mean that I'd have to spend more money out of pocket for a second shorter barrel? I see the barrels are pretty pricey, about as much as I would pay for a used 870 or 500.
I am not really looking to have to buy a $300 barrel and then have to go through the effort of reselling the 24" barrel. Honestly, for that I may just get a 590 for around the same price as the Supernova already equipped with the shorter barrel and not have to spend as much money on it. |

It's more HD oriented situation. I have no intention of shooting skeet or hunting or anything of that nature. I will be using it for HD and fun shooing at the range.

Well I ask because the only thing I see listed on their website is 24" or more. I don't see any "tactical" type listings at least not for the Supernova. Maybe I overlooked it and will go back and see.
