Anyone use Duracoat?

I've got a AK reciever that has some scuffs and scratches on it. Anyone ever use Duracoat or a similar product? How easy and how did the final product turn out?

My brother does Duracoat, and it's pretty easy. He sez you gotta make sure you do the metal preparation right though...if you leave a finger print on it, it's gonna show in the finished gun.
He's done a couple for me, Vietnam tiger stripe camo on an Uzi carbine...my camera batteries are dead. I sent him a email asking if he still has pics...if he does I'll post em'.

Here's a job he did on one of his AR's:

Duracoat.

I built this one for my daughter. It's a dedicated .22LR upper on a spike's tactical lower.

Duracoat is REAL easy to work with. Let it cure for the requisite 2 weeks and you're good to go.

Cure for 2 Weeks?!?!?! The Ceramicoat is sounding real good right now, but I sure like the idea of being able to do something besides one solid color.

Patience grasshopper...good things come to those who wait. LOL It dries long before that, just best to wait the allotted time to cure all the way through before any heavy use.
