Minotaur MTAC advice... I think this is the one

ok.. so i think Ive finally made up my mind for a holster for my xd9 sub compact. Im probably going with the Minotaur MTAC. Its leather with a kydex half body that holds the gun. Apparantly this can be changed out per pistol type which I think is very cool. The only question I have to people that have owned these and the all leather type is this: Since the kydex is rigid, is it more uncomfortable than wearing the all leather type like a Milt Sparks VM II? Another good thing about the Minotaur is that it doesnt have a 6+ week lead time. Please give any advice you can. thanks guys
