Grabbed These Two At The Knoxville Gun Show Today



Hi Standard 9 shot .22LR with box and papers and a Star Firestar .40 S&W.

Couple of nice pistolas there. When I was young I carried a 6” High Standard revolver when running my coon dogs. Never a problem with head shots no matter how high in the tree. Also shot tons of gophers with it as well.

I never knew that they made that format Sentinel. I have one with the square grips and a 6" barrel that I've always enjoyed shooting.

In fact, it's in my desk drawer in my office right now. Gotta put it back in the safe.

That is the plainest of the Sentinel Snubs. I recall them in nickel plate and anodized gold, turquoise, or pink with white grips.

I might be able to dig up a couple magazines for that Firestar, that I haven't needed since selling off mine 3-4 years ago.
