Problems with CW Accessories for GSG 1911

G'day from the land down under,

This is a bit of a long story so here it goes:

My dad has a GSG 1911 .22 and he absolutely loves shooting it but he wants some upgrades done so he asked me to help find some aftermarket parts and target sights for the GSG.

Off I went on my search for accessories for the GSG 1911 and turns out CW Accessories could ship to Australia via a mob called Intersec so that came my choice to go with. I had Dad pick out what he wanted and I emailed Intersec for shipping costs of items (3 of them) and payment options as well.

I received a response fron Intersec a while later and we had to reduce the items from 3 to 2 due to cost restrictions (can't go above $100US). Then I waited a while for a week, no reply so I followed up to see where things are at. Waited again for about two weeks, still no reply. So I decided to email both CW Accessories and Intersec once more just to try contact them and still no reply for nearly three weeks now.

So, I would like to ask you guys for help in giving either CW Accessories or Intersec a call for us to see if they still can help or not. I'm deaf by the way so I can't use the phone. These are the items my dad is after:

1) Hammer spring kit $11US https://www.cwaccessories.com/produc...mer-spring-kit

2) Target sights KS 860-618 $83.75US https://www.cwaccessories.com/produc...-target-sights

3) Accelerator Performance Package Option A $66.75US https://www.cwaccessories.com/produc...rmance-package

This is the CW Accessories phone number: (740) 969-4556

And Intersec has their phone number: 860-985-3158

Can yoy guys please let me know what's happening? If they can't help, that's okay, I just need to know so I can give my dad back the funds for the items and back to square one.

Cheers.
