Chronograph Results

I am reloading .204 ammo and the accuracy is around .75" @ 100 yards which is disapointing for me.
My question is Standard Deviation = 36, That seems high to me.
Also, my extreme spred of velocity is 92, That also seems high.
These results are from fifteen rounds!
Any help?
