Good Holster for us Skinny Dudes?

Ok, so I ordered a few holsters from Comp-tac. Their "Infidel" IWB holster is awesome and fits me well. However, their saddle holster's "saddle" area is just too wide for me because I have thin hips. It rocks back and forth against my hip bone and is just generally uncomfortable.

I'm looking for a strong side holster for open carry and the defensive handgun classes I'm taking.

I've been told serpa holsters are good but am not sure on the fit.

Any other suggestions?

I'm 5'11" and only 160lbs. so I'm pretty thin...

P.S. looks like the serpa does not fit a S&W m&P so scratch that idea for now...

I wish I had your problems. I could wear two OWB holsters and still have room for a cell phone back there.

Try a skinny holster. Just kidding. I should be skinny one day and will use what I use now. I use a pancake holster by Galco for a 1911. It is way more comfortable than an IWB. With my Glock I just love their plastic pancake style sport holster. Nothing is thinner or lighter. For your SW MP doesn't SW make a pancake holster for it? I like the Forbes holsters too and use their paddle. It has a fast draw as most plastics holsters do.
Check Galco-they should be in stock with either a pancake or IWB.

I am 5'8" 165lbs. open carry I use a Serpa strong side or cross draw just fine. Concealed carry warm weather either IWB or just behind the hip for OWB.
