ABLR fun facts:
They run slippery through the bore so you can almost always get some extra speed out of them if you do it carefully. H100 with the 190s is a great combo in a 300 wm. They usually don't like a new barrel or one with a sharp leade, they are very soft and deform easily. They usually work really well in a half worn barrel or something with more of a progressive engraving.
Sorry no ql or rl 23 but the ab and ABLR are all I shoot in my hunting rifles.

You might try Nosler forum, they give you QL for R-23 and read your post about current load using 190gr ABLR.

I worked close to rl22 data. At 74 gn it got high pressure signs. I settled on 72.4gn cuase it shoots 1/2" groups. It is a clean burning powder.

data

oldroper I called alliant and they said don't use sierra data or hornady. The new hornady manuel has data for rl23 and a 190gn bullet with a max load of 72.6. So it worked out within the hornady data.

Didn't figure the load density out. But looking at the powder in the case I would say it's around 90%.
