Colt AR15 backhawk

I saw a Colt AR15 Blackhawk with the accessory kit for $997 new (was $1697). Not having any experience with ARs, this sounds like a good deal to me.

Can anyone comment on this rifle/deal?

Yes, its a good deal. Although I don't particularly like those Blackhawk accesories and prefer the Magpul version.

But if it works for you, go for it.
