Fobus Holsters
I've had good success in loosening the tension of a Fobus holster by slipping an 1/8 in. thick "souvenir" coin between the halves near the gripping area and heating the area with a hair dryer. Once the area has cooled and the coin removed, the halves stay slightly separated.
