Sight question

Ok, I've decided to go with a Williams 5d receiver sight on my mauser project. My question is, since the receiver sight has so much adjustment, is it as crucial to get a front sight combo (ramp and blade) that is the "perfect" height? I know with regular irons there's a formula to figure out how tall front and rear need to be, but I'm not sure about using the receiver sight. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Front sight point and rear sight aperture must be same height above bore axis to start with. Rear aperture above boltway center is close enough.

BartB, that's what I was thinking, I just wanted some reassuring advice. I sometimes tend to over think (or under think ) things. Thanks for the reply.
