A friend of my little brother bought a new mod.60 years ago, He actually unboxed it at the range, it had an enormous problem with nickel plated ammo, he was ready to throw it into the lake until I traded him some brass ammo for his plated stuff, then it ran without a hiccup. Not saying the gun was the problem, just might want to stay away from plated ammo.
