196 grain bullet 8mm load data?

If you read my powder post then i apologize for the redundancy. I recently bought 500 rounds of milsurp 8mm ammo for $25. Long story short it was all garbage and unshootable. I pulled the bullets and ordered some brass and dies. Does anybody have any reloading data for the original 196 grain bullets? It would be especially helpful if you had any using RL-7 or IMR 3031 as i have a garage full of it. Thanks in advance.
