Glock sent me the wrong magazines!?!
I sent my new gen 4 G23 to Glock for them to replace the ejector so I wouldn't get shells in my face. I included 2 magazines in the case when I shipped it. It came back 2 weeks later good as new. No complaints about the work, except it came back with 15 round 9MM magazines instead! The serial number is the same on the gun so they didn't mix that up. I'm going to call them and hopefully they will make it right, but that seems crazy to me.

A little disorganization can go a long way. Hopefully they take the high road and say "ship them back to us and we will get those mags out in the mail today".

Hopefully you end up with two NEW magazines of the correct type

While I am not a fanboy when it comes to Glock, the measure of a company is how they handle things when something isn't right. Sounds like they fixed the problem... Just curious, why would you send magazines back unless they were defective?

I just called Glock. They told me to send them in and they'll send me 2 new correct mags. No problems at all. Would have been nice if they offered to mail them right away, but no big deal. They have been very helpful and efficient. Besides the wrong mag's I have nothing negative to say about the level of service.
@K Mac - I originally took it in to the gun shop where I bought it and they said to include 2 magazines when I shipped it... |
