The only problem with blue grass is that they won't let you shoot magnums.
But their staff is helpful and courteous and their prices aren't unreasonable. |

I've looked at openrange and their prices do seem high even with a membership. I'll take a look at bluegrass soon. The staff really does make the range imo.

Are looking for just pistol and .22 rifle??? If so might want to check.
www.jeffersoncountysportsmensclub.com Off Bardstown road just before Mt Washington. $135 for a family membership. Also has Trap, Fishing, Blackpowder and an Archery range. Come out Tuesday night at 6:30 for one of our fun shoots. Most shoot .22's and we shoot at goofy targets for score. Usually a $1 a round and pay for high and low score. GOOD TIME. NO RIFLE RANGE...... |

I like Bluegrass as well, the only issue I have had was a ventilation issue. Last I was there I about choked, it was around lunch and the lanes were full. You could cut the smoke with a knife. Don't know if their ventilators were down or what.

I shoot rifle but not very often lately, tired of paying for ammo, may have to dust off the .22 |
