mossberg forend problem
hey guys, about 1 year ago I bought a mossberg 500A from walmart, so I believe that Mine has the new 6-3/4" slide tube. I want a synthetic forend and was thinking about a hogue overmolded one. I was looking at the adapter nut for the mossbergs with the 6-3/4" slide, but I have read some reviews that said that even with the adapter nut the forend wouldn't fit. can someone please lead me in the right direction here? I dont want to waste alot of money going through trial and error, can someone please help me here?
