Looking for a chrono...

I want to get a chrono. Can anyone give me info on an inexpensive, but NOT cheap system?
Say, under $150. I'll be using it for rifle and pistol, if that matters.
What do you reccomend?

I think I like the pact and might grab one of their digital scales while I'm at it. But I posed this question on another board and was told to check out the CED Millenium. It's about $175, but it appears to be a great set up. What can you tell me about this one?
