remington 700 adl help

I just bought a model 700 adl .264 mag. Been after one for years. So I was wondering if the 700 sps long action stock from a .270 will work with my 700 adl. I know I need a floor plate, but will the rest fit?

Should fit fine. The BDL floorplate is a bit pricey, so you may want to check it out before you buy. You may need to open up the barrel channel, near the receiver a bit. A dowel wrapped with sandpaper would work fine.

You might be able to buy the trigger group used and that will save you some money. Some members of the long range shooting community replace their Rem aluminum trigger groups with after market steel ones.
