Mossberg variant???
How many variants in the venerable Mossberg 500? I just popped the Maverick 88 apart and found it has a firing pin spring and different part inside the bolt. Will firing pins interchange? Other parts? In the video I used to tear down my 500 20ga I noted the spring but they also had a 590 in the opening seconds of the vid so I thought maybe they chose it for the demonstration. I am charging batteries for the digi so I can post comparison photos. I am glad I love tearin' stuff apart.
