I started reloading 45-70 Govt about 10 years ago because I figured it was cheaper due to the cost of ammo. After a while I learned that it was not cheaper to reload, it just allows you to shoot more.

About 4 years ago I started reloading 357 magnum and 45 acp (for my dad).

Still debating on reloading 12ga but that would require a new set up.

all 26 of my guns are 45/70 govt, 357 mag, 22 or 12 ga... I believe in keeping it simple. Wish my wife did as well...

It was close to forty years ago. It would of made me 27 years old. I started loading 12 gauge shotgun shells using a Pacific reloader. I still have it and still use it.

Shortly after, I started reloading .243 Winchester using the simple little Lee reloader you use a small hammer with. I still have it too, but I no longer use it. I look at it from time to time and laugh to myself.
