Man the Tool Maker!

OK lets say you are on a hunt, your stock breaks? Do you sob and give up?

Nay, not in Alaska!

Just dig. grab some duct tape! Rip down a tent pole. Find a piece of metal...wrap it all up and shoot your critter!

The human mind and tape are amazing things. When I was doodlebugging "seismic oil & gas exploration" I was witness to our crew bringing a tractor out of the woods with the front axle attached using bulldog tape "a cheap brand of friction tape" and blasting cap wire!
Tractor axles are not supposed to break either but some of those guys could destroy an anvil with a rubber hammer. Of course those were the same guys that repaired said axle with what was at hand to avoid walking when they could ride.

They just take more ingenuity to break, that's all.

Nothing is idiot-proof. Idiots are much too smart to fall for that sort of thing.

I didn't say WildAlaska was an idiot. I was referring to whomever broke and "repaired" the stock. I doubt that it was anyone associated with WildAlaska.
