Beretta 92FS with Simunition barrel

Looking at a Beretta 92FS with a simunition barrel. Any reason I wouldn't be able to replace the barrel and run regular 9mm through it? Not too familiar on how the conversions work.

I’m more familiar with UTM than simunitions. You may also need a different recoil spring than what is in there currently.

In my experience UTM and other force on force equipment gets treated pretty poorly. Maybe this looks in good condition otherwise, but I’d take a close look.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Simunition is a name brand, but other companies make similar training rounds and systems.

You can easily drop in a 9mm barrel. I have done a good bit of Simunition training with the military (albeit years ago). Swapping out a barrel is no fuss/muss/ The M4 Sim guns had the entire upper swapped out for training.
