1@30mm and 1@40mm when measured from under side of head.
Not available in my country and company State side won't ship due to-We don't give a fat rats arse about your lack of supplies in addition to export laws. Thank you for your time. P.S Yes, full threaded versions are available in my country.

Have you tried Ebay? (Including US, AU, UK, CA versions?)

For example: UK retailer on US site.
