45 Colt Twist Stability in Lever actions

That puts the Marlin 1-38 for the 45 Colt on the far extreme.
Still scratching my head.

`Tis a puzzlement.

But like the bumblebee . . . .






Note-1: While QL indicates SAAMI(-), other sources would indicate this is stout SAAMI(+)
Note-2: While the same bullet as Post 21, note how clean the semi-wadcutter holes are at this velocity.
