1. 100G = 100 grams. I think you meant 100g. (= 100 grains). 2. Website for TJ Convera? I couldn't find one. |

I've loaded them in 9mm, .40S&W and in .357 mag .......and they were fine.
Like others said - heed the info on their website - keep them below 1200 fps ... As plated bullets go / I think their coatings are thicker than Rainier Ballistics - and more consistent than Rainier Ballistics. So I like them better than Rainier. |

One other thing to mention is that there are also others that when they do shoot for practice they like to shoot their carry gun, usually use same carry holster, same clothes you normally wear from day to day, run drills that would help hone your shooting skills in real life situations and use same ammo thats hits same instead of carrying hollowpoints and plinking with fmj's. Different people like to practice in different ways and different reasons.

I showed up a little late for this party, but here goes:
1) I see major copper fouling with Berry's Bullets unless I hold the velocity closer to 1,100 fps. I have no doubt that 1,200 fps is perfectly safe, however. 2) I have had better results overall with Berry's, as opposed to Rainier Ballistics and Montana Gold. FWIW, I haven't bought any of these brands for at least seven years. 3) Use Lee seating dies with plated bullets. I haven't tried every single brand of die with every cartridge, but the Lee seaters definitely work the best with 9mm and .45 ACP. 4) IMI bullets are a better buy than plated bullets. If anyone knows of a contemporary source for IMI bullets, I will be forever in your debt. Widener's hasn't had any for some time. |

I noticed on the tjconevera website that the Berry's 9mm 124g RN are .356 but the ones I got at Cabela's are .355. Are these the same thing or are they different items. Sorry, only been reloading for a month.
