Hornady bad shell plate?

I have a hornady lnl ap press. Just put on my #6 shell plate and it jams up when indexing ..same spot each time. My other 2 plates are perfectly fine. Anyone ever see this?

I'm thinking the groove on the back is undersized. Looks OK with cailpers. If I get a chance at work I'm going to put them on a manual cmm and inspect them

Also note that they changed the shell plates a few years ago and the old one do not work on the newer presses.
