Has anyone here used the Star 100 grain hollow base wadcutter bullet to load target ammo for a .38 Special? I'm curious about how the accuracy compares with the classic 148 gr HBWC. I don't expect that such a short bullet would shoot as well at 50 yards, but it might work well at 25 yards.
