Has anyone dealt with Dack Outdoors?
It seems to be a terrible company.
1. The order lead time is up to 30 days. 2. They attempt to charge me a cancellation fee, even though I made the request within minutes of placing my order. I mean who wants to wait potentially 30 days before they could ship out any item? 3. There is nearly no customer service. It took them many days before replying to my email message. Worst of all, there is a disclaimer saying that if I dare to remind them by replying to the email, they will put my request to the end of the queue again. Sounds like it is a very condescending company not interested in making their customers happy. |

I appreciate your sharing of this information. There is just better out there. Anybody can do a bad job at business. When it is your policy to jerk folks around, I think that should be shared. There is really no reason for the to delay and not talk to potential and current customers about issues.

I've never dealt with them but I noticed that they take a beating in the reviews on AmmoSeek.
They have a curious online business model for sure. Afterall it's not like they are offering exceptional prices on their products or anything. |

Slowish shipping, as stated on their site, but I've had no problems with them.
Can't recall what I'd ordered.

In the meantime, I think these companies below are just so exceptional:
1. Joe Bob Outfitters. Those guys will usually try to ship your item out as soon as possible, sometimes within the hours. 2. Turners.com. They often offer much better prices those you can find on Gun Deals. Most importantly, their representative, Carol, would go above and beyond to make things right. 3. GrayGuns. They raise the bar really high. I had some issues with one of their products, they offered to fix it for me and pay for shipping both ways. When I said I'm not handy, they even offered the option of shipping the firearms to them and they would do the uninstallation and installation for me. |

I do business with Dack Outdoors. They have never failed to do exactly what they say in the information page. I've received some really good deals from them.
