Need help with an ID

My father passed away September of last year and we found a gun that we cannot seem to ID. Would love to get some help. On the barrel a little hard to see is 10rBI

This is a Warnant system Flobert action pistol with set trigger. Many made in Belgian and chambered for 22 BB cap cartridge.

Many of the Flobert type pistols were known as "parlor pistols" because back then people would put targets in their fireplaces and do target practice in the living room or parlor.
