H&R 900

Have one which wont ignite primers most times.
Put washer under mainspring which increased trigger pull too much.
Hasn't excess cylinder end play.
I think a new spring would help.
Anyone know of any NOS anywhere?
Or have another solution?

I assume this was a used gun when you bought it. How long have you had it and was it in decent condition? Anytime a rimfire has issues with ignition I figure it's something that's been dry fired too much. Revolvers having multiple chambers shouldn't be an issue, but H&R's aren't exactly known for being made of high grade steel. Dry firing them could cause issues faster than with other well known companies.

Yes, bought used.
Firing "pin" is on hammer, hard to see how dry firing could damage.
