Benelli Super Vinci for Slug Hunting

Hi folks,

Has anyone tried a Supervinci (3.5" chamber) for smoothbore slug hunting with Brenneke slugs?

Also, has anyone mounted a red dot for use on deer / pig drives?

Generally, it's a waste of a slug as you are not utilizing the Brenneke's maximum performance in a smoothbore. ....

Absolutely, on a Rem.-1100, 870 and 1300. Very effective. I one took a 40-yd. running shot at a whitetail. Did not hit my spot but got into the vitals. Have taken closer shots as well. .....

Practice and;

Ah, sadly have to use a smoothbore and I have found the Brenneke's generally more accurate than the Foster type.

I like red dots on shotguns, I was specifically asking about on the Supervinci.
