Upgrade 50 Cal
first i want to say hey everyone this is my first post on here i read alot of forums on here.
now to the point i currently have a safety harbor 50 cal iv had it for for a few months now, i wanted to upgrade it next year iv been looking into the barrett m82a1 not sure if i want 20'' or the 29''. Before you Ask yes I do have a place to shoot it in my back yard witch is about 200 + Yards. So in everyone's opinion on the 20'' vs the 29''. Money is no problem but i dont want the m107 because im not going to put a suppressor on it. |

The 20" will work well for you.
I've shot both, and have the M107A1 and have seen good results with the 82A out to 1000 yards. Have fun, it's a blast!

P.S. A Suppressor on a .50 is an anachronism.

I would get the 29" barrel, some day you might want to shoot it out past 1000 yards. I wouldn't want to give up the extra velocity that you'll lose by not having the extra 9".
