Upgrade 50 Cal

first i want to say hey everyone this is my first post on here i read alot of forums on here.

now to the point i currently have a safety harbor 50 cal iv had it for for a few months now, i wanted to upgrade it next year iv been looking into the barrett m82a1 not sure if i want 20'' or the 29''. Before you Ask yes I do have a place to shoot it in my back yard witch is about 200 + Yards. So in everyone's opinion
on the 20'' vs the 29''. Money is no problem but i dont want the m107 because im not going to put a suppressor on it.

The 20" will work well for you.
I've shot both, and have the M107A1 and have seen good results with the 82A out to 1000 yards.

Have fun, it's a blast!

P.S. A Suppressor on a .50 is an anachronism.

I would get the 29" barrel, some day you might want to shoot it out past 1000 yards. I wouldn't want to give up the extra velocity that you'll lose by not having the extra 9".
