Need help figuring tear off production and approximate value of S&W 640 no dash

Need help figuring year of production and approximate value of S&W 640 no dash. Serial is CCS 046x. No box unfortunately. Also would it pay off to find an original style box even though the tag wouldn’t match.

You'll probably get $100,000 for that on account of the cylinder swinging out to the right.

I'd guess 1996-98. Maybe $400-500. It is a "Pre-Lock" which is a good selling point. The non-original box won't help the value. It should have shipped in a blue plastic case.
