How To Delete a Post

OK, so I started a post in the wrong forum. But now I can't delete it.

"Just PM a mod." Or, it is often easier to report the post to be deleted using the "report this post" function (the "Exclamation point in a triangle" icon at the left of the post). That way the report is available to all mods to work on, and an automatic link to the exact post is included. Just say, "please delete because [reason]".
