Didja' Ever anneal 50BMG brass cases????

I may have over heated some 50bmg brass. Your advice will be welcome. Since I cannot heat both sides of a 50 caliber neck at the same time, I chucked up my shell holder in the drill press at slow speed. Applied the propane torch for 10- 15 seconds and quenched by bringing up a glass of water under the shell. Some of the necks inside look slightly red.
Are these safe to load or should I make dummy rounds out of them?
What could happen when shooting this softened brass? Thanks

I doubt you've hurt them.
I'd just shoot them
