Non G2 Contender Grips and Forearms

I was wondering what the timeline is for nonG2 walnut Contender grips and forearms:
Checkered square bottom
Checkered oval bottom
Silver Cougar bottom non finger groove
Herrett, diamond and oval bottom plate

I'm pretty sure each had it's matching forearm:
Snap on Checkered
Checkered, single screw
Tapered, single screw
Other???
Not really interested with the synthetic types.
